By accepting a newbee in your ORGANIZATION, you support them to build a local CV and participate in a society that is new to them. Also, you can benefit from their experience and skills.

PARTICIPANTS finish the traineeship with higher welfare, increased employability and a better picture of the opportunities on the Dutch labor market. Also, our traineeships fit within the frameworks of the 'Veranderopgave Inburgering'.

 

We make matches that really matter. That improves the WELL-BEING of newcomers. Match per match we create an inclusive society in which there is a place for everyone and for every talent. 

TRAINEESHIPS are tailor-made programs in which the talents, experiences and ambitions of newcomers are the key focus. Newcomers combine practical experience in the workplace with workshops and individual supervision by our matchers.

Since we started in 2016, we have around 1.000 successful matches. But what does it actually mean? In other words, what is the actual IMPACT of interventions such as the NewBees traineeship?
