"We wilden het niet alleen ’over’ bewoners van een azc hebben, maar wilden deze Nieuwe Nederlanders zelf ook op het toneel laten meespelen. Zij zijn het verhaal."

Tientallen Nieuwe Nederlanders met een vluchtverleden- die het verhaal van Semmier op hun eigen manier aan den lijve hebben ondervonden- spelen daarom zelf ook mee in de grenzeloze theatervoorstelling 'Hoe ik talent voor het leven kreeg'. Er is een vaste spelersgroep naast een wisselende groep per stad. Samen met de cast van acteurs vertellen zij u het verhaal van Rodaan Al Galidi.

Changemaking Collaborations: Newcomers on stage

Dozens of New Dutch people with a refugee background - who have experienced Semmier's story firsthand in their own way - therefore also participate in the boundless theater performance 'How I got talent for life'. There is a fixed group of players in addition to a changing group per city. Together with the cast of actors, they tell you the story of Rodaan Al Galidi.
